We got top-notch customer support from Wellingtons, starting with a chat with Andrew who gave us great tips on a new oven, all the way to Peter and Kush showing up this morning to deliver and install our new Rangemaster. Every person we interacted with at Wellingtons was friendly and well-informed, making it a real joy to work with them.

We had some doubts about the size since we’re getting an integrated washing machine for a new kitchen setup. It was super convenient to swing by the store for some friendly guidance and to get the measurements right, plus we could buy and schedule delivery in just 20 minutes. The old machine's removal and the new one’s installation went off without a hitch, thanks to the friendly and skilled professionals.

I skipped the store but checked out the deal for the Neff integrated fridge freezer online. Kush set it up for Ian to come and take measurements, and Ian handled the installation. Everything went smoothly, and I'm really happy with both the product and the service.

I was on the hunt for 7 appliances for my new kitchen. I compared prices at John Lewis and ao.com, and they were both the same. Then I called Wellingtons and had a long chat with the wonderful and super helpful Nigel, who looked into availability and pricing for all my items. One of them had a longer wait time than I preferred, and ao.com had a decent deal on the hob I was after, but I went ahead and paid for the other five. Nigel even arranged for delivery the very next day! Plus, it was free delivery, which beats the £30 charge per item elsewhere. The delivery crew was fantastic too, really accommodating. Overall, an excellent experience with a top-notch guy, a great team, and a store that offers solid prices. I know where I’ll be heading for my future buys.
